The stark simplistic style leads towards a central floral display. Using a restricted colour palette the garden aims to blend a sense of tranquillity with that of hope. Seating areas positioned at the periphery of the garden provide areas for contemplation.

Tel: 01597 829689 Email: idunyken@yahool.co.uk Ashfield Community Enterprise (ACE) is a Community Land Trust who have bought a smallholding in Howey, with funding from the Big Lottery as part of the Village SOS campaign with the BBC. It aims to be a producer of local food grown to organic principles and to provide the community an opportunity to get involved and have the chance to set up small micro businesses. The funding is a beacon learning project for the SOS campaign. The project aims to use a mix of paid staff and volunteers to deliver the aspirations of ACE. There will be a display of leaflets etc and a demonstration of vegetables that can be grown in small containers.
