Local Accommodation
Accommodation for Competitors and Officials
The Organising Committee will be responsible for arranging accommodation for competitors, Team Managers, World Judges and World Council Members. The Committee is willing to cover the cost of accommodation for four nights, Sunday 18 July, Monday 19 July, Tuesday 20 July and Wednesday 21 July 2010. It is anticipated that all competitors and officials will stay in or near the town of Llanwrtyd Wells (www.llanwrtyd.com) which is approximately 25 minutes from the Showground. Any teams arriving in Wales earlier than Sunday 18 July will need to arrange their own accommodation, however, we may be able to provide some assistance with this.
Please complete and return the entry form and the team registration forms as soon as possible in order that we can book the correct accommodation.
Accommodation for Partners
Accommodation can be arranged for partners of officials and competitors, but this will be at their own expense. Please ensure that the details of all partners are included on the team registration forms and returned as soon as possible in order that the correct accommodation can be booked. Accommodation costs for partners will be in the region of £45.00 per person per night. Accommodation will be in various hotels, B&Bs and hostels. All accommodation for partners will need to paid for in advance.
Accommodation for Supporters
The Organising Committee is unable to arrange accommodation for supporters. There are lists of accommodation available in the local area some which can be found below:

Demand for accommodation during the Royal Welsh Show is very high. We would therefore recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible. There is limited accommodation available in Builth Wells itself.
