ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER


£13,000 to £15,000 plus benefits package

This is an exciting opportunity to join this well established Society, founded in 1904, to promote agriculture, horticulture, forestry, and conservation in Wales, based on its superb permanent show, conference and exhibition site in Mid Wales.

The Society is seeking to employ a suitably qualified and motivated person to work in this full time role as part of a dedicated permanent team and committee structure. The post will primarily involve office administration and prepare for the livestock competitions staged at the Royal Welsh Show and Winter Fair.

Evidence of experience/skill in the following categories would be desirable:

•    Microsoft Word
•    Microsoft Excel
•    Working in an office and customer focused environment
•    Working under pressure and to deadlines
•    Good communication, organisational and inter-personal skills
•    Proof reading and numeracy

 

ASSISTANT TRADESTAND OFFICER


£16,000 - £20,000 plus benefits package

This is an exciting opportunity to join the well established Society founded in 1904 to promote agriculture, horticulture, forestry, and conservation in Wales, which is based on its superb permanent show, conference and exhibition site in Mid Wales.

The Society is seeking to employ a suitably qualified and motivated person to work in this full time role as part of a dedicated permanent team and committee structure. The post will primarily involve assisting with the management and planning of tradestands and general administration at the Society’s three events.

Evidence of experience/skill in the following categories would be desirable:

•    Microsoft Word
•    Microsoft Excel
•    Autocad
•    An understanding of graphic design and working with plans
•    Budgeting
•    Working in an office and customer focused environment
•    Working under pressure and to deadline
•    Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
•    Proof reading and numeracy
•    A valid UK driving license
