The Society is experienced in providing flexible, affordable and effective packages to suit the individual needs of our valued partners. Opportunities exist at a variety of levels, and our three major events complement each other effectively.
The Royal Welsh season begins with the Smallholder and Garden Festival in the spring, and this expanding 2-day May event attracted over 25,000 visitors last year. We believe that this attendance figure will continue to increase as interest in the Festival grows at a rapid pace. The Royal Welsh Show is our flagship 4-day event in July, and has attracted over 200,000 visitors each year since 1989. It’s arguably the finest event of its kind in Europe, and it provides sponsors with endless possibilities and opportunities. The Royal Welsh year comes to a close with the ever-popular Winter Fair. This annual event attracted almost 25,000 visitors last year, and its success is forcing the organisers to consider further expansion to meet the needs of competitors, exhibitors and visitors alike. Exclusive opportunities for sponsors:
Sponsors can expect high visibility throughout, access to wide television audiences, public announcements and of course - an inclusion on the Society's web site. A Sponsors' Pavilion is available for sponsors' use during the three Society events. Presentation and photographic opportunities provide an enhanced presence for sponsors during events, together with other opportunities that may be determined by the Society. Sponsors receive an acknowledgement in event publications and the annual Society Journal. Royal Welsh Show sponsors receive 50% discount off advertising in the Official Show Programme and Official Show Catalogue. Sponsorship packages are all tailor-made to suit each individual client and a package can begin from as little as £600.
