For those wishing to enjoy a special day at the event, whether celebrating a special occasion with family or friends or to entertain clients, we will ensure that you receive the best attention from our experienced team.

The Package
A corporate Hospitality Package would consist of:-
A table reserved for your exclusive use throughout the day between 9.30am and 5pm
A Show Admission Ticket and Hospitality Pavilion Day Pass
Morning Coffee and Mini Danish Pastries on arrival
Canapé and Champagne reception
Four course lunch including wine
Tea ~ Coffee ~ Mints
Afternoon Tea
All Inclusive Open Bar between 12.00 noon and 3.00 pm

Complimentary Show Programme and Showground Plan
An excellent level of Customer Care and Service from the Show Stewards and Catering Team

The facility is also available for private evening bookings
The first floor Hospitality Suite is an excellent venue for daytime or evening hire and enjoys a view of the Main Ring which features displays of world class stock and entertainment.
Alternatively, reservations can be made for the attractive Main Ring Restaurant which operates as part of the Pavilion
