Hospitality Pavilion at Llanelwedd
The Society is offering Corporate Hospitality once again for 2008 Show which will be available for companies or individuals who wish to avail themselves of this opportunity for entertaining their guests, clients or customers.
The Pavilion provides on the ground floor, a marquee extension, with tables for up to twelve parties of ten. The first floor of the building with its own independent cloakroom and kitchen facilities can accommodate fifty people seated at tables. This area can be hired for private breakfasts, lunches or dinners, or for evening meetings and seminars. This room, of course, offers one of the finest views on the showground of the main ring activities.The Hospitality Pavilion will be open this year for corporate hospitality from 9.30am to 5.30pm.

The Package
A daily package for the Show per person will consist of:
Morning Coffee and Mini Danish Pastries
Champagne ~ Bucks Fizz ~ Orange or Apple Juice
Four course lunch including wine
Tea ~ Coffee ~ Mints
Afternoon Tea
Open Bar 12.00 noon to 3.00 pm
Viewing of Main Ring activities
Complimentary Show Programme and Showground Plan
Admission Ticket and Hospitality Pavilion Day Pass
Free Car Parking
