Calling all Tradestands!
In recent years, the event has attracted over 220,000 visitors…. So don’t miss out this year.
We have various stand sizes and locations to suit most companies.
Example Costs
Outside Space – Agricultural £7.36 per square metre
Outside Space – Commercial £18.28 per square metre
South Glamorgan Hall (Craft Units) from £297.00 per module

If you would like further details please send us an email with your postal address and we will forward the details.
Exhibitors who attended the 2009 Show will automatically be given the opportunity to re book the same space for 2010, and have until 1st February 2010 to return their applications. Potential new exhibitors should not assume they have been allocated a stand until they have received confirmation by way of written invoice/receipt from the Society.

If you would like to be one of the 1000+ Tradestand that attend the Royal Welsh Show annually then download the application form below. Please make sure to read both the Rules and Regulations and Society Safety Policy before signing the application and returning it to us. The closing date for entries is the 1st of February.
Every year we are oversubscribed for space for the Royal Welsh Show therefore we cannot guarantee that your application will be successful. Conformation of a successful application will be sent to you in the form of a Society Invoice or Receipt.
