Tradestand Application Forms 2012
If you would like to be one of the 1000+ Tradestand that attend the Royal Welsh Show annually then download the application form below. Please make sure to read both the Rules and Regulations before signing the application and returning it to us. The closing date for entries is the 1st of February 2012
Every year we are oversubscribed for space for the Royal Welsh Show therefore we cannot guarantee that your application will be successful. Conformation of a successful application will be sent to you in the form of a Society Invoice or Receipt.

Electric Form & Conditions
The closing date for Electric Applications is the 22 of June 2012.
To exhibit in the food hall please contact Fernleigh Designs and speak to Elayne Sutton 02920 763524. Exhibitors wishing to exhibit in this hall must be based in Wales.
If you would like further details please send us an email with your postal address and we will forward the details.
Exhibitors who attended the 2011 Show will automatically be given the opportunity to re book the same space for 2012, and have until 1st February 2012 to return their applications. Potential new exhibitors should not assume they have been allocated a stand until they have received confirmation by way of written invoice/receipt from the Society.
