Baby changing facilities are provided in the toilet blocks adjacent to the Goat Ring, Main Ring Underpass, Montgomery Pavilion, Horse Ring, HSBC Bank and Entrance B.

Caravan and Tent Parks
The public caravan park will be located on the lower showground. Open from 12 noon Friday, 16th May until 12 noon Monday 19st May 2008. Sites can be booked on arrival at the event. The trade caravan park will be located on the lower showground. Open from Wednesday, 14th May until 12.00 noon Monday, 19st May 2008. Sites can be booked before arrival at the event.
Cash Point
A cash point facility will be available at this year’s Festival situated on the corner of the South Glamorgan Exhibition Hall opposite the Food Hall it will be operated by Thomas Cook. Stand no. – OS108.
Catalogue - £3.50
Catalogues will be sold at the public entrances during the event and from a booth in front of Exhibition Hall 1 and the Livestock Building.
Smoking
Smoking will not be allowed in ‘enclosed’ or ‘substantially enclosed’ public places.

Disabled
Car Parking
A limited forward area will be reserved in the Internal Caravan Park (entry via Livestock Hill). Only those vehicles displaying the Social Services car sticker will be given priority. If a pass is not displayed then the Society will park visitors in the first available car park.
Toilets
Toilets for the disabled are provided within the main toilet blocks by the Pig & Goat Ring, the Montgomery Pavilion, the Royal Welsh Food Hall, within the South Glamorgan Exhibition Hall and the Horse Ring.
Dogs
Other than Guide Dogs, visitors are encouraged not to bring their dogs onto the Showground, but if it is essential to do so the dog must be kept on a lead the whole time and are restricted from entering the buildings. Please do not leave dogs in cars.
Fire Service
Facilities for fire prevention and emergency measures in the case of a serious outbreak are provided by the Mid & West Wales Fire Brigade, Carmarthen.
First-Aid-Centre
Expert treatment is available at the First-Aid Centre, situated by the Sheep Ring Control Tower. Acknowledgement is due to the Branch Director of the British Red Cross Society and the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust for providing this service.

Lost Children
Lost children should be reported to the Headquarters and will be cared for there. Any child found wandering should be taken to the Headquarters or a Society official.
Lost Property
The Society accepts no responsibility for articles lost or stolen. Reports may be made to the Headquarters.

The amplifier system is installed for the relaying of official announcements; however the Society will make other announcements if it is felt to be absolutely necessary.
Recycling
Recycling stations will be available on site at the Cattle Ring, Sheep Ring, South Glamorgan Exhibition Hall, Floral Hall-Balcony, Open Dog Show and Green Horizons Exhibition. The provision will be organised and manned by Events Recycling, 01982 55 12 95 / 55 27 27.
