Llety Corfforaethol yn y Sioe Frenhinol Cymru.
One of the Royal Welsh show’s most favoured venues, its superbly located Hospitality Pavilion with uninterrupted views of the main ring, will again be available for entertaining business clients or for private use at this year’s show in July.
The Pavilion, which opened for the first time at the 2000 show, has become a popular facility on the showground at Llanelwedd. Reservations are already being made by those planning a special day at the event by booking the corporate hospitality package although there is still some availability for the hire of the private hospitality suite, which can be booked for either morning (7.00am to 12 noon), afternoon (12 o’clock until 5.00pm) or evening 6.00pm onwards.
A corporate hospitality package includes a table reserved for exclusive use throughout the day between 9.30am and 5pm, show admission ticket and day pass to the pavilion, morning coffee and Danish pastries on arrival, canapés and a champagne reception, a four course lunch including wine followed by tea or coffee and mints. Visitors are also served afternoon tea and an all-inclusive open bar is available from noon until 3.00pm. The package also provides a complimentary show programme and plan of the showground and a car park pass to a forward parking area.
The cost of the package is £140 plus VAT per person or a discounted price of £1200 plus VAT is available for tables of 10 people.
The pavilion is described by the RWAS as ‘an oasis of comfort and tranquillity at the heart of this prestigious event and an idyllic base for your use during the course of the day’. Those who have sampled the relaxed atmosphere and attractive setting of the pavilion have enjoyed a memorable experience.
Reservations may also be made for the Main Ring Restaurant which operates as part of the pavilion and further information can be obtained by contacting Mrs Ann Bufton or Mrs Audrey Lewis between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, on 01982 554419/554410 or by email: ann@rwas.co.uk.
